Are you looking for a Riviera Maya paradise home for sale?
Our palapa home is located in Paamul, Quintana Roo. Paamul is 45 miles south of Cancun, 6 miles south of Playa del Carmen and 3 miles north of Puerto Aventuras right on the Caribbean Sea.
Paamul was covered with coconut palms until the early 1980`s when it`s tranquility was discovered by people looking for places to park their pickup campers on the beach. Over the years it has grown and today has 205 lots occupied by RV campers and expats from all over the world who are snowbirds or full time residents.
The lots are not individually deeded. We pay a monthly or an annual rent and either move our RV in like any RV park or build something more permanent. Our rent is paid until November 2022.
Our palapa 5 is located at the middle of Paamul and 20 yards from the beach.
Like most RV parks many of the lots sit side by side. Ours palapa has two entrances.
The ground level consists of an outdoor living area/sala, an outdoor kitchen/cocina.
Master bedroom with king size custom made furniture,extra couch, build in closet,en-suite master bathroom/bano with a large walkin shower, a laundry room/bodega, a small tool bodega.
Guest bedroom with Quinn size custom made furniture ,build in closet,en-suite bathroom.
The loft area is an additional sleeping area with custom made Quinn size bed, sitting area and exercise/yoga room.
Off the loft is a 5.5 ft x 20 ft balcony/deck.
